Its like a closeknit barback fraternity for KBs and they patronize each other. The local barbacks hang with each other and the korean barbacks/waiters same thing. They got thier own network separate from the kim chee wireless and here.

Calling it Donna because the "D" turns to the by software. Anyway, went late afternoon and Donna's place was actually busy and looked like neva have seat at the bar so walked back out. Seen familiar KBG faces there and lineup seems better than previous versions of that place so I guess will try going back sometime. Seems like a LVB place now. 4 seasons mostly bar customers and few KBGs but its a Monday and not unexpected. Didn't want to miss the oxtail before got too late and headed to 904 which was kind of busy at the bar and was lucky to get seat. Didn't see the Susy but there was a Jini or Jinhee taller KBG there not bad but also a table hopper type. She was doing bar stool to barstool hopping with the girl with the haku lei on her head trainer I guess and think I overheard she just recently started. Anyway, the bartender asked if I wanted to eat oxtail and I said ok. Was really good but I don't know if was better than Laura's at Damour. However I'm not a oxtail soup expert so maybe it is. Next went CS which was dead and only a few girls working and decided to head to town. International busy for Monday but 2nd string on duty. Yujin was working and the young Chinese / vietnamese girls from Butts moved there too. I noticed the same Patti style shots is 90% tea for you guys thinking the KBGs drink real shots. I seen many bought but not one was real. Those 2 butts girls especially good at making thier own shots. Bad service on mondays at the bar. Damour kind of busy but the rest of the Kap area bars slow. Seen the prince drinking one of the bars last night and he was busy holding court so just said howzit. So who drinking tonight?

If she would be somewhere I'm guessing that would be the place provided she didn't go back to EG. When she gets drunk and hadn't have enough or didn't make the necessary moolah she does end up at EG.
Went to international saw some faces I knew from other bars didn't seem to busy. Bar was a little full and had 3 or 4 booths occupied. After getting a drink friend wanted to go kalihi so went to gt which was dead. After that went to 4 seasons to relax since it was slow there also.
Town bars were a mixed bag last night with some busy and some dead. Casino has really improved thier talent. The young ones were 20 something hotties and the older 30's new ones were not bad looking too. They were pretty busy for them. Butts was so so busy and Nicole was drunk. EG was busy even early and they had the usual mix of hottie robs, playgirls, and old MILF robs, LOL. Ellies and Twilight was dead. Damour busy. Camelot dead. Splash kind of slow for them. International was so so busy. They do have young ones but they are princess types. Throughout the night, TT was my drinking partner happy that I didn't have chopsticks nearby because he sure deserved some whacks but I think he had good fun small kine. You can have fun and be in the company of KBGs without buying nekos sometimes. Dragon bro, was looking for you and will try again tonight.

Walked through most of the bars on Kapiolani Butts, Casino, Damour, Ellie's, Sandy's Place, Full House, Twilight and EG. Most of them were pretty slow. Started at Damour which was so so busy but did not see talent I wanted to play with and bartenders only cater to neko buyers altho barback is good. Butts really slow. Twilight and EG slow too. Casino so so busy. Good mix of old and young talent. Ran into M69 who always gives me good intel and drank with him while Dragon bro was having fun in the booth so went to check Splash. The bar counters busy but booths slow. No bartenders offered me food cuz I no rate like Dragon bro so finished at Zippys.

I want to know about pupus as it can make me go and patronize a place. Interestingly enough, sometimes there are ties to getting play and food like going just for the food but finding out get play there too. KBs are not a a / l / s type venue and Its highly YMMV. I try to report as much as possible without the KBGs identifying me which would be disasterous for any future hunting so somethings need to read between the lines.

Friday was a short night of going to Butts, EG, and Casino. Butts was pretty packed entire bar was full and most of the booths were occupied. Sat at bar and had couple of drinks and some sashimi. After Butts went over to EG which was slow but it was before midnight. Bar was so-so full and a couple of the booths were occupied was a bit hungry so ate some sushi. Left EG and then went over to Casino which was packed. Had room at the bar for a couple of people only and most of the booths were occupied. After that ended the night early.

The older EG girls look like they're stepping up their game, I suppose due to competition. Some of them were in more revealing outfits and looking better than ever. If they worked at CHM or Kison, I would definitely explore.

KBs seem to generally make pretty good poke depending what kitchen mama or daytime bartender. Kalihi has good poke too but I don't keep up on where. Jian at Splash daytime makes a good version as well as the poke by the kitchen mama at night. Sometimes they will have poke as house pupus even and its usually offerred at GOs and anniversarys all over.

You guys are braver than I! I'd worry about the poke at a KB because I don't know about the freshness of the fish. At EG, I'll have sushi from Mori-san as I know the fish is fresh.
I don't even know how fresh the meats are at the KBs. In the past, the girls would ask if I was hungry and I tell them to order me a steak or pork chops. They would come back and ask if I wanted something else because the meat didn't look that good. I never order kalbi because the strong marinade will mask the flavor if the meat isn't that fresh.

At most bars the food is all bought days before and then frozen. I notice a lot of microwave use, dirty oil, and greasy food after 8 pm.
