Okay, the first question confused me, the second question I understand, and I understand why someone might ask it. This is why I won't answer it. If she's cutting me a deal, she'll be pissed as hell at me for allowing you to lowball her. My deal may just disappear after that. If you get her at a lower price, then I look like a fool. I may never find out that she's bilking me, and that you're a better negotiator, but you'l know I'm a fool. Neither of these propositions appeal to me. So if I have a good experience with someone, I'm willing to share. If I send a bunch of new guys her way, she may cut me a break or give me a discount, or even say "thank you. " But if I recommend a UTR to you, you have to fend for yourself on the money game.
