Just make sure you screenshot the info when you register so you can use exactly the same on SA. IK this happens to many prepaid. Scammers get the card I'd info and leave it back on the rack. You pick it out, put dough on it. They check all the time, when you do so, they drain it. It didn't work for you on seeking because it had no $. I truly don't believe seeking took your money (the whole card, not just their rate) and didn't give you the membership. Why don't you look at the record on the website for the Blackhawk card and see when the money came off?

As much as SD's want to protect their identity, so does the SB have concern for her safety to go with a guy she barely knows. There are some crummy and downright dangerous guys out there. I've been told by one SB about terrifying experience she had, but won't go into details as it brought trauma, and then it explained why she was sending very short messages, being cryptic about herself, being careful even after dining and wining for 2 hrs. Etc.

Anyhow, we can assume it's a small percentage that frequents this place. Even if they aren't, it's just common sense to go to a place you chose as SD and give her advance information so she can prepare too, but not enough to have a hand picked one by her. Has happened to me twice. Both using gift card all / Blackhawk prepaid cards. I think there is a timing issue for when the cards get registered and then become available for online purchases.

Not sure if it is customer service for seeking that used the rejected card info for the scam or someone in the payment processing office. Just a heads up. I've switched to a debit card and have statements sent electronically; and tie the new checking account to my office address.
