The front desk can select to hear what's going on in the tub rooms through intercom at any time. I don't think they have cameras though.

I have been to hot house few times, Nice clean place with friendly staff. From what I l can tell Intercom system only works one way, desk clerk can not hear anything unless you push talk button on the intercom from the room.

Overall a fun change of pace. I always got the bigger room in the back but is a bit more expensive. I never had any problems and given I am an old geezer with gray hair it wasn't like the clerk didn't know what's going on when I walk in with a young babe: "It's not what it looks like, it is just my granddaughter and I enjoy hot tubbing" (LOL).
