Craigslist posts that fit any of the following criteria are almost always fake / spam:

1. Includes lots of weird punctuation.

2. Asks you to send your phone number.

3. Includes a non-local phone number (UTRs sometimes post their numbers, but it should be local).

4. Includes two copies of the same picture.

5. Title, pic, and text don't match, I. E. Title says slim ebony but picture is of a fat white girl.

6. Lots of white space after the text, usually followed by text of totally different posts.

7. Mentions a non-local town or neighborhood, I. E. "I'm right near Westover".

8. Title includes the word mom. Spammers think mom is the sexiest word ever for some reason.

That should filter out almost all of the crap. But I still mistake one for real, once in a while.

Here is what happened with me. Emailed then texted with her. Set up a time and went to her place. Got there a few minutes early and decided to do a drive by. The gf was friendly, the dog was friendly, the cats were even friendly, but she is going to finish folding her drawers. Then the gf starts texting. Several times. They make a little small talk and Crissy gives the gf the address so she can text someone. I'm like 'WTF is she bringing someone over?' I'm still trying to keep my eyes on the two girls and the dog and can't shake something maybe shady with the dudes next door and the texting with the gf. I've been there about 5 minutes and all I've seen is crissy folding underwear. So I ask myself 'what would Chris5 do?' LOL I shit you not that's exactly what I thought! I jet and multiple texts ensue, ranging from 'I'm sorry you were not comfortable' to 'you missed the time of your life. ' Side note honey, you would have to work pretty hard to be the time of my life. Maybe so, maybe not but we weren't finding out that day.

So maybe I was being paranoid but shit was very strange. Could just be new or something but I was like nah I don't have all day to watch you fold your drawers. At a premium donation I expect a premium experience and that didn't happen. Plus, factor in the other behaviors and circumstances and I was like not today.

Might have missed out on a good time but every brother hear knows that shit could be seen as sketchy and maybe dangerous or maybe just inexperienced behavior.
