Some take a one solid fee up front for house and services, some separate it at front of the house and the room, some ask for it on the flip, and some places don't even ask believing you to know the rundown of how much things should cost although if you cheat them or super lowball them then you may be inviting trouble or you're in a total dump anyway where it's probably Li from obaasan.
