You have described well the main problem with TER. A SP can challenge a review and it is taken down until you demonstrate to the SP that it is genuine. That is totally messed up. This SP has had many bad reviews but then has many positive reviews that make her sound like the holy grail.

I have had SP's challenge my negative reviews and have won every time but the German housewives that run TER are certainly far too sympathetic to the poor, but bad, SP.

I, for one, do use the reviews on many sites but never consider a good review on TER to be gospel. They are too easy to fake, there. This says a lot for our system here on USA. Yes, it may be a bit of the Wild West, sometimes, but when you have a couple of one-post-wonders give glowing reviews of a SP no one else has ever heard of the flags go up. On the other side, when a respected member has a bad experience we all learn. It is a good thing.

That said, you do need to write reviews in as many places as you can find.
