Meaning it's dark as fuck LOL. But it's almost too dark at night, so maybe I'd suggest a little lighter anyways. The dark tint will give them a reason to pull you over. But while I'm driving around, I usually put the windows down.

First, show her the money and then either put in your shirt pocket or if you are in a motel room, put in on the table (if you are feeling generous) and explain that it cannot be touched till the deed is done. Take only the money you are prepared to lose with you into the transaction. I usually like to go early afternoon and let the dope sickness zone pass. It's always hit and miss, and the triangle is a small area especially when there are 30 cars circling and 3 or 4 cruisers out.
I don't know if this is a trend, but today on LC there seemed to be a lot of really good deals. As far as stupid drivers, if shooting them was only legal. LOL.
