1. TER got shut down and I have posted many reviews there and seen tons of reviews about MCE girls. MCE sends out schedule to the clients everyday and included this site link and encouraged to review them to create an ecosystem for MCE girls reviews.
2. In their daily schedule, MCE offers a discount of $60 for each written review. That would have motivated people like us to start reviewing them. I'm not a newbie, but yes I am new to this site. I was more active in TER before.

I did not use this site as it was not as user-friendly. I only learned about it from Andra at MCE. I have seen ladies from MCE about 20 times. Their attractiveness and personality are extremely consistent (in that they are consistently high). Not always a home run experience, but I've never had less than a triple. The times it has not been great has invariably been because of lack of experience or lack of aggressiveness, but that is something experienced hobbyists can deal with and in fact help remedy. There's no doubt Andra can be strident, but she communicates well, is upfront, and is always accommodating. What else do you want? I can not recommend them highly enough. Recently, my experiences have been top-notch (see my recent review of Porscha, for example, but my times with Victoria, Megan and Samantha in the past two months have also been pleasing as can be). I am not shilling for MCE; I am merely recommending an excellent agency.

Both were amazing encounters filled from start to finish with GFE / pse action. I wouldn't hesitate to see another girl from there for fear of a bad performance. Nearly all the TER reviews were great for all their ladies.

I have been using them since they first hit the scene and have had nothing but great experiences. Plus their price point is much more reasonable. And whenever there has been a problem, they made things right.

Rumor has it that at least one of the key staff may worked for EEC back in 2014-ish. Then a partnership was formed, which involves a client and the key staffers. Anyway, MCE took off ever since 2015 ish, has been rebranded a few times, but they do take good care of their bullpen (in exchange of good cut from girls's earning too). I cannot verify the rumor, but I tend to believe the reason they took off is because of they operate on that client's perspective and successfully take over and fill the void of the higher-end niche of the market.
Prior to the BP shutdown and the laws go in effect, MCE only has their eyes on TER since the majority of the forum audience is looking for intel about BP or lower end of the market. MCE does attract a large client base and probably lots of them don't do reviews at all. At the same time, they curated a group of clients that do actively post on TER (it could be that some posts were from MCE staffers, but I don't consider it problematic because the info in the reviews are correct).
For the record, I think MCE's gals are worth the price, and we are getting the gal that we pay for. MCE does set the gals' expectation of their job right. I had positive experiences with MCE. No other agencies can find nymphos like Chloe, Megan, Kylie, etc. This is a rare ability.
However, the booker / handler's attitude is not as friendly as others. Their gals can be late to their incall, but clients cannot and have to wait on site until notice. It's not like clients got booted or denied service and the conversation was professional and polite. But because MCE knows they are at the top of the food chain, they just don't care enough to hide their attitude since clients will endure that for their girls. I'm not saying it as a criticism, I probably would be like them if I'm in their shoes.
But I also moved on from them (not a big spender anyway), especially now that EEC and Angelis seem to make peace and join force. Their girls may not let me cum straight down her throat or do deep throat with every stroke and blow, but every girl has her own 'work' style and I basically can pay a bit less for girls that are similarly if not equally attractive or sexually appealing. I've learned from others in this game that, no girl nor agency is irreplaceable. So I care more about the little things besides the main service items now and I frequent the gals / agencies that get those things right. So I had my first experience at 262 and it was awful. I like the idea of 262 bc it's somewhat close.
Basically I was let in to room and she just stood there. I put money on desk. She just stood there. She never counted it. It could have been all $1's. I asked if I should get in the bed. She just stood there.
So got to bed and she sat next to me with her robe on and answered txts with one hand while rubbing my back with other hand.

I was a long standing client with MCE, 3 or 4 times a month for about 18 months and saw many of their new girls, gave feedback and was really liked by the girls. I saw many of them multiple times. Once they became MCE, it became very hard to put up with the booker.
Switched to EEC and totally happy. Just saw Anastasia, who was formerly with MCE. She told me things are very tense there so I wouldn't be surprised to see more of their girls jump to EEC.

MCE already has a great bullpen. I'd be a bit concerned if we don't have enough intel for other agencies and gals. Otherwise, the influx only helps MCE more so than the readers.
