When was this? I was in that area on Wednesday afternoon around 4:30 and didn't see anything.

That small area around there used to be pretty crazy, LOL. I'd cruise that area sometimes but I can't recall ever making a pick-up. Lot of nefarious types hanging around the corners, some crazy-looking girls. A regular girl I used to see just over 10 years ago always kept an incall at the Travel Lodge there, and there was some junkie motel which the police raided and shut down about eight years ago if I recall. Everything went quiet around there after that.
I did know a BSW who regularly walked Aurora who also would walk the area around Kent-Des Moine Rd farther south on 99 up until she stopped walking about a year ago. She said that she was usually the only girl out there and got picked-up pretty quickly as a result. I remember when that area was the place go to, hopping with a lot of attractive young local girls out there.
I think that the occasional SW can be found in those areas but it's rare. Sometimes, if I'm bored, I'll head down to the all of the old strolls and see if anything is going on. Even Rainier Ave is dead these last several years, always used to be at the very least a handful out on a Saturday night in front of those old apartments south of Orcas. Aurora Ave seems to be the last-remaining stroll in the Seattle metro area. I have my doubts if it will ever move to somewhere else, but I guess we'll see.

I think I've only had a girl run-off on me once, back in the Denny Park days. I'm actually surprised that it doesn't happen more often. Equally surprised that everyone generally honors their agreements, though I've had girls change their menu options on me after we've made a deal. Still not as common as one would think. A lot of SWs have told me over the years that it's because it's generally not worth the hassle of dealing with some guy who has a vendetta, especially when they're out there to get money nearly every day or night. My assumption is that this gal won't be around much, but I guess we'll see. I did notice that the Everspring is open again so I'm wondering if the former AA regulars will come wandering back into the area. I guess we'll see about that, too.

I'm sure that's for all-covered service, also known as "safety". Give us a break! If they would only provide the services that gentlemen are looking for! Today's young, heavily painted SWs just don't want to do that--and few escorts are doing that either anymore. The hobby at Seattle is in a very sad state, perhaps never to recover.

I'm definitely not, not for basic service, anyway. I haven't been quoted that high as an opening rate since summer of 2020. Typically they come to the window and ask if I have $100 or $120, if I say yes then she gets in. From there I start negotiating for what I'm looking for, I do expect that she'll jump the rate from there, $120 is simply just a starter. I've noticed that this rate doesn't include BJ, that's extra. If I want BBBJ uncovered, she'll add more on to that, if she does it uncovered at all (most won't). I'll then ask for uncovered full-service, almost all of them decline and will get out at that point. I'm too dirty for them to consider. On the very rare chance that she will, her rate will be a lot more. If I can become a regular, I can usually negotiate a better rate, but becoming a regular is also becoming rare these days.
This seems to be a Southern California thing which is from where most of the girls out on Aurora seem to be coming these last two years. I'm almost never meet anyone local anymore. They follow what I call the strip club model. Offer a lap dance at a certain rate per song, then negotiate for more services once we're in the back room. You don't know what she's willing to do nor how far she'll go until you buy the dance and take the ride. But everything that she is willing to do will be extra. I don't and never have liked strip clubs so likewise I don't also like how these girls are currently running their business out on Aurora. Somebody is paying for it, though, and I'd guess a lot more guys then any of us would ever realize, because most of those girls out there have a daily quota imposed upon them. Most of them probably make more than $500/ day minimum, with most of them probably making closer to $1000. Think about how many girls are out there on any given day, that's a lot of men who are just handing that cash over. So if one hooker is quoting $250, she's probably getting it from at least one or two guys every day.
I'm with GinVermo, I don't like Aurora much these days. I'll drive through just to take a look, typically on my way to somewhere but almost never stop for a pick-up anymore. I used to be out there at least one or two nights every week, but now I'm down to about once a month for dedicated cruising where I'm actually trying to pick someone up. Service offerings for my parameters are about zero, I can still find it but it's much harder now and I'll go days without finding a girl who will. There have been nights where I literally stopped and talked with every single girl who appealed to me and got shot-down on every one. That makes me not want to go out anymore, too little return for the investment of time. It's killed my mood and my desire.
