As for your bad experience at Luna: I'm pretty sure you saw Anna. She was capable of giving a very good massage but didn't seem to care much for some reason. She also tried to get bigger tips out of everyone which is why she was sent packing. Reported a few days ago that LE paid them a visit. I'm pretty fond of the one in charge there so I sent a text to the store phone that night asking about it.
