The reason I would question whether this post is part of a LE sting is the fact that the ad contains "Sorry but no black men". I don't discriminate when selecting a provider based on race / nationality (I confess I do based on looks). I know some providers do. What I am wondering is if LE could legally target (or exclude) specific groups when performing a sting that could result in the arrest of large numbers of members of other races / nationalities based solely on their attempt to meet with the provider? I am not including their ability to arrest them for outstanding warrants for other felonies, etc. that they could arrest them for once they arrive. However, I would even have to question their ability to do so if they got them their by targeting certain groups.
Just my thoughts. Does anyone else have an opinion or maybe more knowledge of the legal system in this area?
