From ABJ: A man was shot in the arm after an altercation in a bar Tuesday afternoon.
Akron police said officers responded to Lucky Corner Bar on West Waterloo Road and found a man shot inside of his car at about 3:30 pm Tuesday.
Police said there was a confrontation inside the bar before the shooting. The department is still working to identify the shooter, who ran after the shooting.

The 20-year-old victim was sitting inside a vehicle outside the Lucky Corner Bar in the 1300 block of W. Waterloo Road.
EMS transported him to Cleveland Clinic Akron General Medical Center and officers said his injuries are not life-threatening.
Witnesses told police the victim, whose name is not being released, was arguing with another man inside the bar before the shooting.

I was in Akron not long ago, before our big COVID spike, and decided to take a little farewell tour since your city is so hospitable.
Started at Lusty's, and the diviness of the dive was more than I'd ever seen. Masks were not in evidence, but staff seemed on edge. Amber and Starr were on duty. I ordered my drink and each came by the bar. Amber was way stoned, painfully shy, or both. Pretty much just muttered her name.
Starr, on the other hand, leaned right in for a hug and offered casual or VIP. Had an ass and tit grope while at the bar, which was all I needed to convince me. We went to the VIP (a semi-cellar utility room down 2 or 3 stairs. Starr said she was nervous about even touching customers; there might have been a bust or a warning- but BBBJ for a decent rate was available and all I needed.
Headed down to OGD and had a drink, but no approaches for dances at all during the time it took to drink it; cut my losses and headed home.
