I am new to the Columbia area but not very new to the hobby. I had the great pleasure of seeing Mandy Tuesday night. I had seen her around Vicotiras but didn't ever get to have her as my massuse. American Spa girls are very enthusiastic and go the extra mile, but you pay quite a bit more than the other two places. With some of the girls, I suspect FS is an option, but only after multiple visits. I could be completely wrong, but that's the vibe I got, maybe others can confirm one way or the other.
Victoria's is the best imo. Cheapest, variety of girls (ethnically), most of which are very attractive. No FS, but if you are just seeking HE and mutual touch it's the place to go. Victoria herself is a goddess and the best in the area.
Paradise openly has FS so obviously that's the option if that is your main interest. Prices vary per girl though and it's more expensive than Victoria's even for the cheapest option. The girls are also very attractive but less diverse. Still a good place even for basic HE and you can haggle with them.

Manually and further on. Perhaps I missed out on some of the better providers there, but for me, I prefer the intimacy of the service at Victoria's limited menu versus the detached mechanical fuller service at Paradise.
My experience may be limited to the providers, but that's just my experience.

My visits to Victoria's have just been mediocre, overpriced HJs from mostly bored providers (have never seen the famous Mandy, who must provide great service based on her reviews). However, almost all my visits to Paradise have been great. Rebecca has always been far from mechanical, and even when Amber was kind of mechanical, she still looks so fucking hot that it was not too bad of a time. Stopped at American Spa today, and saw a very attractive petite burnett. I never see much about these girls on here so I had to go try them out. The service was great. I'd defiantly visit them again. Although I'm a FS man. American and Paradise. I'll stick with these two.

I was able to visit Perfect Touch last week and saw Veronica.
It was really easy to schedule and they took me on short notice. I decided on the 30 minute Body to Body massage. Veronica work hard and does a great job from start to finish. I was in the area and stopped by Victoria's I have and some great times there. Today I was met by Ariel she is about 5' 100 lbs with a great face. I have seen Mandy and Sophia in the past so she has some big shoes to fill. She was very nice and was a great time. Gave it a try after 2 years. Consistent with recent reports, much improved.
