Other streets are: Eastern (can be dangerous at times), Franklin, Madison, Hall, Buchanan, and Grandville. You can find SW out at any time of the day, morning, afternoon, and night. I tend not to stroll on the weekends. Too many party-goers.

Drove the stroll (Division) for twenty minutes. I saw a few girls out, but nothing that I want. I decided to see if Leonard had better offerings. I saw a chick hanging around the 'party' store on Stocking. I made several passes to see if she was working. I did stop at the store to buy something to quench my thirst. I don't like to make harsh judgements, but I figure only the really down-on-their-luck and really strung-out SW will be out in the bitter cold. Saturday morning, around 4, I was coming home from a friend house and I saw lady sitting at the corner near Alger (bar / bikers club). When I passed by, she waved really fast.
