You can eat in Azul's or order room-service, bar-service meals from meseros; prices are reasonable with no surcharges. Room service steak dinner is about $12. If you want to go outside to find street girls or food, stay around the bar block at night or take UBER / taxis top local restaurants within a few miles of La Zona, and you will be safe.
Bedroom deals should be negotiated in details in the club before heading up to the hotel.
