As a general rule, and I've said this to others, you only bring in what you intend to leave there so if you go in with only 40 for a tip, you'll get the service commensurate with that gratuity. These days, the Fburg menu seems to be going more open at the various haunts, so on this day I had gone in with 120. I did some quick math and figured an extra 40 therapist fee and 2 tips was in my budget, as long as things didn't get too crazy. My guess is that it was a slow day, and they wanted to see if they could squeeze a little more out of me.

I called them and the girl who answered the phone said that Google Maps had been restored. She said that there was competition from peers and malicious defamation, but Google accepted their appeal, and have restored their data on Google Maps.
