You will have to invest time and money and serious charm into this attempt over many visits. She is fun to hang out with and drink in the club.
Have been hanging in Allure lately with lots of luck both in and out of the club. Non busy nights make it easy. Several really young girls here and a few veterans, go good mix. If playing in the club is your scene, bring some of your own monger supplies (wipes, cover, mints).

Expect to pay a little less than double that if you opt for 30 minutes. Ironically the most expensive is probably the worst rooms.

However here is the rub, the VIP is very private and 15 minutes for $80 is a typical rate however, I've never tipped the danceer anything more than the $80 I paid for the 15 minutes. Maybe it's because volume there is so low that the girls are just happy to make 50 of the $80. I've also found some UTRs from there that were good for a few years before they moved. Kind of getting a boner typing this, I think I'll visit today. LOL.

I'm late in posting, as others have indicated she has moved on to greener pastures.
I did finally get with her for a private dance at ICON. It was a slow day there. A fair number of girls 10-12 and 15-20 guys. Many guys just at bar having a beer. Chatted with her for a few. This is likely a YMMV and mine was not very good.
The conversation seemed to center upon how good she was and that guys did not last long because of her skills which is why she requested a higher donation than her peers. Not much grab-ass or anything foreplay related before the private. I was a bit disappointed in her feel. She's cute and thin spinner type as many of you know. Was surprised there was so little meat on her legs or arms. Just too thin for me. Her butt looks great but was softer than I would have expected for someone so thin. (granted I am not one to talk about softness).
Performance was decent, had better, had many worse. Just partook in oral dictation and eventually finished the letter.
Just as well she moved on as I likely would not repeat. But as said, YMMV and we just didn't connect.

Got a chance to visit earlier and there was a lot of new talent.

Savannah seems nice, she came around and introduced herself to everyone there but not in a pushy way.
She'll likely need to ask to sit and chat, but seemed nice enough. She didn't just sit there playing on her phone.
Ava was a more petite dancer and had some nice moves on the pole.
A couple of girls that were really cute came in, completed applications and someone offered them. 6 to dance. So the two got up on the stage.
They did and likely have danced elsewhere. They took off their shorts / tops but left on the bra / panties. They grabbed at each other but didn't show anything. Bummer.
OK, Jenni. She has been there for a while and is generally loud. She was more subdued today and she appears to have lost a fair amount of weight since last summer. She sat and chatted. Said that she is a "pleaser" and didn't say anything was off the menu. Just requests that you ask first. I did not sample much, just some oral appetizer. She did a very nice job. I was in need of relief and it did not take long for her to deliver.
NOTE. This was the 3rd or 4th time that the dancer didn't have anything to help with clean-up. Might consider visiting the men's room for some towels or paper.
