Jade was quite bossy in setting up the appointment, I was slow and careful getting there, and I think she thought I would bail. The meeting was ok, but several interruptions from the woman she was sharing the room with, and as I went to wash up, there was a big old turd in the toilet. Based on the short temper, I wonder if we are talking about the same person?

Still, the service itself was AOK.
