...and for all you non smokers out there who mess around with SWs who smoke (cigarettes), it is best to roll down all your windows in your car when you drive home to "air" out the car of any cigarette smoke/smell. I always tell the SWs to put out the cigarette before entering the car, but some have a very strong odor when they get in after smoking.

Sometimes there may be a female provider in that area. For example, I've seen Bus Stop Girl working there in the daytime (near Nuuanu Okazuya), and I've seen providers such as Avon and Jamie in that area at night. Actually, it is quite believable for a discount-type downtown provider to sometimes be without condoms. Of course, many of them are not exactly responsible and well-organized individuals. Such a provider may be so intent on obtaining money for drugs that she won't take the time to obtain condoms if she doesn't already have them. Even if she had condoms, she may have used those that she did have. Also, she might not have any money for condoms (if she hasn't obtained them for free at the daytime condom van). Additionally, drug or alcohol use can interfere with such a provider's judgment about using a condom.
