Very very rare to get OTC on first sighting of the hot ass stripper that catches my eye. Maybe my OTC skills need polished or possibly need better training.

You don't have to spend a fortune, just follow the basic rules. Treat the place like you would any other bar.
Nick, looks like you are the man and you owe us this list of guidelines that you quote as basic rules. I'm no nube but would appreciate good tips in this area as I've not tried otc at club yet but interested. Thanks.

The biggest one, that'll save you the most cash, is to remember that. The amount of effort a dancer puts into getting the dance is directly proportional to the amount of effort she will put into the dance, and the likelihood of OTC.
In other words, the smokin' hotties that walk around asking guys for 2 for ones, but never actually sit and talk to them, are a waste of money. You can throw all your money at them every night and never get anything but lame dances. HUGE newbie mistake. Stick with the girls that are willing to actually WORK for your money.

Don't go for the "top tier" dancers, usually they are the same ones doing the flybys anyway (see rule 1). Go for the ones that are just below (second tier) , usually they are still much hotter than what most of us can land in a regular bar on a good night (hotter than most of the girls on BP as well.) Why? Remember the Brady Bunch? It sucks being in 2nd place, always having someone around that is just a little more popular than you. Girls are just as competitive as guys. Jan will work really hard to knock Marsha out of the top spot.
Of course, if the hottest girl in the club sits with you all night, go for it. I lucked out once, then I f'cked it up by running my mouth. I miss her a lot, more than anything else, she was a great friend. Someone just reminded me about that lesson. I learned the hard way. Keep your f'ing mouth shut! (Make that rule 3). I'll say it again, keep your f'ing mouth shut! Girls talk. If you flap your mouth to the other girls, find a new club, you are done.
BTW. 3rd visit. 2nd home run, different girl. Plus a lead on a 3rd. Probably won't go for this one again, she wants too much, $$$, talked her down this time but I can get a lot more with one of the UTRs, for the same price. I'll pm info to those that have pm'd me leads, as soon as the girls say it's cool. I highly recommend Cheeks.
If you can follow RULE #3 not only will it really help keeping who you are see you will actually get referrals! As Nick states, GIRLS TALK and if you treat them well and can keep your mouth shut you will do very well. My first recommendation would be to take 1 recon trip before even trying to start. A simple 2 beer hour watch session. Politely turn down all dance request. It can be extremely valuable to see what girl talks to what girl. Back to what he said, GIRLS TALK. I might have to take another trip into Cheeks soon. I still get texts every once in awhile from 2 years ago.
