As far as the facilities go, they were so so. Older building, I was initially not impressed with, but to me that's not important. It wasn't trashy. I don't know about the sauna or steam room as I didn't use them. The massage room and table were just that, basic room and table. Single stand up shower in the room. Nothing impressive, but not bad.
There were only two girls there when I went (It was right before they closed). But, as I posted, I was quite impressed with the body of the girl I chose. I'm not sure how many girls are normally there, as I haven't had the chance to go back again.

Being new to the metro area I_thought the 7-11 on RI that everybody talked about was the one at the corner of RI & 7th st. closer to the DC side. You just took a quantum leap in my "Not a dumbass" book. Best answers I have seen in awhile and exactly how I would respond.
Driving the various "circuits" iregardless of where they are and scoping out out the scene from various aspects is exactly the right thing to do. That way you get to notice when things look or feel out of place before they become a problem for you.
Others could take a lesson from you. Also your comment on the car is definitely a valid one, of course any car becomes noticable if it appears too often in the same place. I too have the unique car problem, although perhaps to a lesser extent. For that reason, I am very cautious about making too many loops in any one circuit on a given night. One way I find to beat that problem other than switching cars is to park that bad boy close by and hoof it. This doesn't work in some areas, but it is very accepted on the K street promenade. Try it sometime. It will also make you feel more at ease as you transition into the SW scene. I usually park on the other side of K street at 16th and walk in for a drink at Archibalds and theen stroll out and across into the fray. If I see nothing, but want to hang and check a little later, I just drop back into Archies.
