Feels like Uncle LEO can bust us whenever he wants. Some recent events really were a bombshell of a revelation to me and I didn't want to post about it because you would be able to easily identify who I was talking about and start bugging them with questions. But in light of recent talk about LEO and being safe, I am going to post the details but going to try to keep the identities anonymous. Some of you will know right away who I am talking about, others will be suspicious, so I hope this doesn't turn into -- "Is it Girl --XX- ", "I am sure it's Girl --YY- Please don't bug these girls with questions (or state who they are here) and allow them their privacy at the same time I want to communicate some information.
Uncle LEO locked up a favorite niece. How I learned it went down is this, the first three lines are exact wording:

So old Uncle LEO is looking for a girl (she does not even post on BP), he knows she is 'associated' with another girl that posts on BP because he knows the real name of a BP girl by her face, calls in for a session to get himself in the door, pressures the girl to give the whereabouts of the girl they are seeking, finally convinced she doesn't know her whereabouts, they know the identity of her roommate girl and know she has a warrant and decide to take her in so they don't leave empty handed.
My mind was blown. I am really wondering how much Old LEO knows and allows. Be imaginative, with the pressure he can put on girls, think of all the ways he can bust you in the fucking act. It just feels like this is not priority for Uncle LEO and resources and attention is not focused here. But if it was, we'd all be famous.
Asian Ads. With Young Ladies

Newbies have to start off by learning to search and dreaming of reviewed girls first. Then pick up tips on TOFTting and give back a little. Maybe we're being paranoid but good advice JohnJohn, several senior members have advised the same by PM. At the very least, we should steer clear of providers we know have demons. Unfortunately, that includes just about everybody.
Fortunately, I've found the ultimate UTR that I can divert my cash and semen flow towards. If that doesn't satiate, some trips might be in order.

Too risky, and some of these girls are just not smart
There was one I contacted in the rtp area that advertises a lot and has a residence she works out of. First and simplest was to check her phone number in social media. There she was with her real name and real pictures, some of which she uses in her backpqge ad. Contact her via text get a rate for a service. She asks me in text if I am LEO which I deny. She then sends me her address for a later meet. As time go closer she did not respond to text. So very easily have her number. Her name, and her address (if real). So how hard can it be for LEO to track these girls. Jersey is advertising again, like how badly is she at covering her tracks. I am very reluctant to put my freedom and reputation in the hands of some of these not so bright girls.
Advice on finding an UTR or Connecting with Prostitutes Off Backpage
All too often guys mention having an UTR girl but never share info on her or how to find them so here's a couple of my tales.
A few months ago I was at the wendy's on highway 55 as I was waiting for my order I saw a chick walk in who looked familiar. After a bit I figured it out and realized I had seen one of her ads on backpage. She was really skinny so I asked her if wendy's kept her slim. A bit of casual chit chat later I ended up giving her a ride back to her hotel. Once we got to the room there was no talk of cash and it was pretty easy to seal the deal. I never mentioned knowing she was on backpage and just treated her like a regular chick. I got her number but never followed up.
I've seen other backpage girls walking down highway 55 but never really had time or the desire to stop. Most don't have cars so walk to whatever gas stations and fast food restaurants are near by. Keep an eye out for whatever areas are popular (seems like a lot of posts on Wake Forrest Rd) and spend some time in the area. Think of all the wendy's bags and gas station bags you've seen in the rooms, if they don't have a handler they're making the trips themselves. Personally I would take the treat her like a regular chick route, but you could also just point blank let her know you've seen her ad or ask if she wants to make some money.

My drunk friend who always has great timing when I'm on the prowl came up and was ready to leave so things stopped there.
The point is that it's easy to catch them with their guard out when they're not in a hotel room loathing themselves because some guy just banged them out or pissed them off. UTRs, IMO, can be a little harder because the age gap can make approaches a little tough.

Promoting prostitution of a minor or mentally disabled person:
(1) Advances prostitution as defined in G. S. 14-203, where a minor or severely.
Or profoundly mentally disabled person engaged in prostitution, or any.
Person engaged in prostitution in the place of prostitution is a minor or is.
Severely or profoundly mentally disabled at the time of the offense.
So a minor was being prostituted? Held against her will and this person was her pimp? Damn. The Raleigh scene is getting rough.
