Even on a sting, specific language must be used to indicate solicitation and intent of sex for trade. If they see someone hop in your car, clearly no act has taken place and they can't prove anything just from a SW hopping in your car. What would the charge be? I simmized the reason for the recent heavy LE presence is to try and catch the jump out boys before they pull up on the wrong person and a public shootout occurs.
