Stopped on Charles Street late yesterday afternoon to get some supplies for the next day. Loaded the truck, and started it up. As I was checking my phone messages, a tap on the window. I looked up, and an older woman was asking for any $ I could spare. Guy slows down next me on the highway and looks in, I felt something was up and shot him a dirty aggressive look but kept going.
