camelot for the first time
So took a beautiful japanese girl on a date to watch Beauty and the Beast last night with her daughter. Had a typical dinner + show date with lots of beer and drinks throughout the musical. Was hoping to get a little lucky but didn't work out so well since she wouldn't be able to feel comfortable having me over with her daughter staying with her. Damn it!
Spent at least $$$ on an evening with no benefits, frustrated and a little tipsy. Worked up the cajones to venture into the KB world hoping for some better luck. As I had posted before, I've been trying to work myself up to finally go into a KB for the first time and last night was it. Walked over to Camelots, sat right near the door at the bar. It looked pretty empty but I figured this would be better as I might get more time with the hotties. Bought a beer from the extremely kind bartender whose name translates to "good girl". I thought it was funny when she immediately said "although thats really not true. I'm a bad girl. " haha. That earned her a drink from me. Have to love girls who are cheeky.
So far so good I thought. Based on reading what happens at these places from the forum, I thought everything was going pretty standard. I chatted up with "good girl" for awhile and she was really just super cool. Of course I scoped out the rest of the young ladies there and the quality did seem to meet six sigma levels. I bought a few more beers for myself just trying to buy time for me to get me chance and have a girl come sit next to me. Unfortunately, 1. 5 hours in the joint and nothing. I was a bit hurt that no one even tried to chat me up. The girls just kept on walking by and no one paid me any heed at all. It was quite disappointing to say the least.
I was tempted to ask 'good girl' to send a girl over but somehow I didn't feel like I should have to "ask" for that. Bartender never even asked me if I would want company either. Again, quite disappointed by the events. Maybe I look a little young (I'm 27) and don't appear to have money but that's a bit mean to refuse service to someone. It was too bad too. Was budgeting myself to spend a good $$$$$ for fun that night but no one gave me the chance.
If you work at a KB, word of advice: don't judge a book by its cover. The richest guys I know dress like bums. There are more millionaires under the age of 30 now than there ever have been. You just lost yourself a chance to get a regular customer who pays.
Ended the frustrating night at nearby sakura. Will post events there soon.
