And yes, I have always whited out / redacted my name, etc from the reports. My google research just now does indicate that warrants could override HIPPA protection, but honestly in my ten years in the SA game I have only had one girl get squirrely on me. I subseqently got retested and sent her the report, then suggested she focus on other guys she had played with. To your point, probably half my intentions are one and dones, the other half are medium term.
