I took at least 50 mg of the zinc along with higher dosages of the magnesium and B6. I became stronger, leaner, and I had more torque when hitting the AMP girls. Then, I started rapidly losing weight and my body was hot and sweating all the time. I also had rapid heartbeats and I wasn't able to sleep along with being irritable all the time. My blood test revealed that I had hyperthyroidism. I had to take medications for about three and half years until I weaned myself off, which the Doctor agreed to. My thyroid became normal when I started supplementing with more COPPER with a balnced dosage of IRON. Read it online and in the Dummy Book that higher dosages of zinc without copper can click off elevated thyroid problems. Zinc, Mg, and B6 combination increases testosterone and increases thyroid function to "burn fat" and like the brother said about increase in semen also. But don't let it get out of hand. My doctor wanted me to burn my thyroid but that would be just as bad as I would need thyroid medication for the rest of my life to counteract hypothyroidism. Just my take.

Semen is a combination of fluids primarily from the prostate and the seminal vesicle. This is why the so called "prostate massage" makes you ejaculate. It is also why bulls used for artificial insemination are harvested that way rather than by manipulation of the penis.
Spermatazoa are injected into the semen at the time of ejaculation. The ability to regenerate, I. E. Two pops, is more a matter of prostate condition than the condition of the testicles.
