I would assume when you said you wanted "EXACTLY" how a court of law with evidentiary rules would use electronic data against you, you meant a court in the United States. If I am correct in my assumption, they would probably use the processes laid out in the Federal Rules of Evidence 901 (a), and yes it even accounts for guys that think they're "off the grid" with emails not "linked" to them.

Here is exactly the reason I check history. I spent 15 seconds reading his posts and conclude he may be LE. Now he is probably not, but I won't take the chance. So, I will not respond to any pm's or communicate with him, ever.

Now for those of you who wonder, why, I'll tell you. Several years ago a vice LE in a town I visit, copied USASG reports, was showing them to SW's, and asking them, how to contact me for "further" info. He even offered $500 cash for info leading to. I heard this from 3 different gals, over 4 months. Apparently, I was #1 on their list, and stayed there for a season or two!

Ever since then, I have wrenched up the anonymity and communicate with very, very, very few forum members. (Many towns I will not communicate with anyone.) The interest in me by LE has died long ago, the SW's come and go, and LE is losing the battle to curb the oldest profession in every town I visit.

Remember, when 1 gal leaves the life (gets sober) 10 fill her shoes. There is an endless flow of hot, juicy, sweet, yummy giners for all of us to enjoy; and sadly too few days of the week to date them. Fortunately, LE has only part-time funds to fight their losing battle.
