From what I understand and I do believe this to be true, that a provider refused to do certain things with Mr. Light. He got angry and wanted his money back which she did give back. The condoms may have been exposed to heat or accidently perforated; who knows what. I have heard some guys get angry or aggravated when the provider does not have her own condoms.
