One of the BGs told me not all the BGs are getting a salary pay there, only a few of the Mama's favorite are getting salary pay, the rest are working only on commission (drinks for customers), yes I do agree with you all of the good ones had left, that leaves the same old regular BGs, and the part timers that come in after 9 PM working on commission.
I think the reason why these Butterfly and Casino are still up and running because of they had probably signed a lease with the land owner, they can't back out until the lease is expired. It's sad to see these two bars once so popular sitting on a prime spot are the slowest bars on the block.

I honestly don't know how Casino stays open, the place is never busy and not many girls working, any new girls don't last very long because the mama doesn't take care of them at all. Casino was closed for a number of months, current mama couldn't pay the rent, don't know why the owner would rent out the place to her again but I guess it was because the block was initially slated to be torn down for redevelopment (but that fell through) so the owner just wanted some money for the place.

Decided to just cruise in on Tuesday, just to check it out. It wasn't busy at all, that kind of gave me confirmation of what was going on.

Despite some younger girls come in at 9 PM, the place is still dead most of the time. As I was told the younger ones that come in as they will few days a week at 9 PM are not on payroll. Mama only put a few of her favorites regular fulltime BGs on payroll.
Casino is super dead all the time, one reason, there isn't any BGs there, Bartender Jennifer trying hard to keep the drinkers stay by cooking good food, still, no eye candy, no customers.
I doubt Butterfly and Casino are able to keep up paying their rent. On a Friday night I counted about 6 or 7 drinkers at Butterfly and maybe 2 or 3 at Casino. CS in Kalihi has twice more drinkers than Butterfly and Casino combined on a Friday night.

Tried Kalihi early evening and checked out the 5 plex first. All slow except GT but even they were not that busy. Next went Spotlite which was kinda same. Peeked in Canal bar which suprisingly not dead. I think they have loyal regulars. Didn't see any good talent kalihi so headed to town. Business was actually not slow. They still have Ellie working there with some of her crew and a couple new faces. Casino the usual dead. Butts was semi busy with more of the young hotties working. Good bartender staff. Good hse pupus. Ds semi busy with a few young ones. Really junk barteners except barback who is cool. Don't expect chips or anything unless you one neko buyer tho. Ellies had the private rooms filled with drunk old fut LVBs. Worst service bartenders there except Bback but again only neko buyers get paid attention to. They doing well as LVB bar. EG busy with lot of young 3 monthers. Twilight so so also bad service. Cams slow. I notice Yuki there NEVER smiles even when she gets neko. Splash slow.

Except for Cams and Casino, most town bars so so busy for a weekday. Was in a mellow drinking mode so just took in scenery. Ashley at Splash looked good and waiting for M69 I think. Bruce the bb there is a really good bb but not the bartenders. Julie always tries to put her charms on me so left, LOL. Splash really caters to k customers and its probably because Jamie and Jun make deals with them regarding playgirls and prices. Business same as weds. Butts bar full and tables half full. I like the bartender staff there. BTW DT25, I think you have wrong info on TC, most mamas waaaaaay worse. Twilight has some hotties but they no approach customers. EG kind of busy. The location is the first bar on Sheridan right after the Japanese restaurant Hinone Mizunone when coming from King St. I think before this it used to called Memories or something similar to that. Parking can be hard though not unless you find one on Sheridan or don't mind walking from King St.

Known spenders regularly get given free bottles of thier favorite hards. You can also negotiate the prices too. Of course the better the liquor the higher the price. Typically tho, around a benji or so for a bottle. Anyway, next time ASK HER how much. You will get the exact price they want from you.

But, don't get me wrong you could approach them pretty easily to talk, cause they ALL like to drink. Hey, maybe just out of the blue offer them a shot or a drink just to break the ice. And parking is a problem at Back Alley, the last time I was there, I had my other car with me as my beater was getting repaired, I got cited with my Lexus =( so no more parking where I did.
