You are grasping at straws to think that any TS activity at an AMP brothel could be legal. It is my understanding that both the provider AND the customer could be busted if caught in a table shower at a relaxation place. The purpose of the license is for the safety of the customer. A level of sanitary is required and body scrubs can be pretty intense to where you could have skin reactions. Of course we all know AMPs don't have such a risk but thats the whole legal way out of it. Normally LE though will bust a AMP before they even get to the TS so there is no way justify what goes on in there. Plus I would think if the establishment would want to get busted for anything it would be for no TS license.

I recall during the years of 1998 to the present day I never had any girl turn me down for a TS when entering. They always give me one. Maybe I look dirty and they think I need a bath. But yea, what year did this TS stuff become illegal?

Anybody know?[/QUOTE]I read on the forums of cities on mainland plenty AMPs or spas offering TS. But I am sure that places with massage license in Honolulu are not allowed to have TS. And in their standing shower stall the customer has to shower by himself. If the relaxation places have always had TS and the provider scrubs you down I doubt if this would have been legal anytime in Hawaii. Probably as legal as the paid sex is legal. But it is good public policy to allow TS if not encourage TS if public policy accepts the existence of AMPs or brothels.

I take that back, I was instructed to shower myself once at the old Venus. Anyway, I think its always been a legal issue but never looked too seriously. Same as getting a massage from providers even though 90+% don't have a license. I mean afterall, it is prostitution that is the main subject. The only reason I know about these licenses is from owners of saunas and estheticians. Other than that I would have never known.

Best information I have is that Mika has retired. Whether this is permanent or temporary is not known at this time.

In the 90s everyplace was called Body Shampoo. Not sure why or how this relates to any laws but I noticed that no place uses "body shampoo" anymore.

If you want to a really good massage with HJ / HE, I'd suggest you try Nala at Century Square. In my opinion, she's the best massage therapist that provides HJ / HE.
