South has been going downhill for several years and IMO, that's mostly due to the management they've had running things there. The manager they've had for at least the last two or three years has been a reason that a number of fairly attractive, good performers have left and from what I've seen and from the conversations I've had with several of the girls, he treats them very bad and they refuse to work there anymore. Basically, girls seem to have a love or hate relationship with him and the vast majority of them fall into the hate category. It would be great to see the club get back to its former glory days. Or at least somewhat closer. But until they make changes, it'll never happen. I don't know if the owners have blinders on or don't realize it but I'm sure that the declining bar receipts tell the story.

I don't have any stats or articles to back what I'm saying, but I don't think OF is as lucrative for most hot women on it as it is for the top earners. Also, even if it is, it's not like the income stays steady forever. Plus, there's the videos being online forever. The average is less than $150 / month, but IDK if that matter since most don't even keep it up, so how do you judge?

Dancers aren't making money on OF. While many charge $0-10 / month and make their money on private sales, I've found most dancers charge $20-50 / month, have nearly no followers, have no content, and are just there to squeeze a few more dollars out of their regs. And, you find out they don't care and stop posting or post 1 pic a month. You quit. It requires a lot of marketing, updates, and connections to get off the ground. Way more work than just about all are willing to do.

OF is there for most to be a 'try before you buy' service; whether buy means 'time' or regulars at the club. Dancers have an unlimited source of new regs without spending the time... so they don't. They approach it as a 'get that $$$ from regs' service. Good for them. But, they aren't getting anything. Anyone who thinks otherwise hasn't even bothered to join an OF site, so probably shouldn't comment. I can't tell you how many dancers sites I've gone to with less than 1 post a month, less than 10 posts, no likes (sign of no subscribers), and wanting a boatload for that. They may get it from a few, but not more than a handful.

They're not into the work required to make it online. They charge 10-50 x what successful OF women charge and they have basically 0 content and by all evidence 0-5 subscribers at a time. They start it thinking they'll get rich. They just leave it up to make an extra $100 / month from guys they know are obsessed with them at the club. They aren't going to quit dancing for the amount they make compared to OF. That's ridiculous. I know many on it. The work required to even get to a few dozen regulars at $5 / month is insane. To really think that dancers, who are all about money NOW, are putting in the time/work/effort to build a site to make money in a year is just not understanding what they're doing. That mentality applied to OF is not a formula that gets them $200k / month... it gets them maybe $100-300 / month for a few months and then nearly nothing.

BTW. Fact is OF didn't make the decision to shut it down or start it up again. Fact is it was the banks. If you're active on reddit at all, you'll know that there are quite a few girls that start a OF site when they turn 18, and very few make a living at it. It takes more than good looks to make money on OF. It's a LOT more work than many of these girls think. They have to constantly market and cross-market themselves to get a following. Posting sexual content or nudes is nowhere near as time consuming as the actual building a following part. That also means interacting with fans...constantly. I met one recently who isn't a dancer, just doing that, not escorting, and said it was a FT job. She does reddit, all the social media, the OF. And mostly makes $ on private shoots.

The normal girls don't make $ on subs or video sales. It's personal videos. And, they suck at it. It's not their thing. So, they spend a lot of time on doing vids and private with re-do's. So, a day a week for shooting for themselves, several for others, maybe a day for marketing. They spend a lot on it to just make more than a minimum wage job. Speaking with some dancers, they said that they gave up on Mondays because of too many cheap bastards who either just want $10 dances, or expect steep discounts for extras. So, do five songs at $10 or do blow a guy for 100 and be done in 5 to 10 minutes; or bend over for 140 for similar time. Can't blame them for avoiding Mondays. Try weekends or other days.

As for $150 K, it is possible, but not that likely, and the important piece of information she gave you is she made that her first year, when she was youngest, newest, and hadn't hustled a bunch of guys yet. Her normal mode of operation is to tell guys her price is $500 but when they get to the VIP she is horny and will do it for $200. This way she tells the other girls she told you the price is $500, and if anyone is listening which they are (dancers and waitresses) they can confirm what you she said. What you negotiate later is between you and her.

Case 1. She has not gone to the VIP yet tonight. It she never goes to the VIP she only has to pay the tip out for dancing on stage, but not for using the VIP room. When you declined her offer if you only give her $25 for 1 song, that does not cover her tip out and she owes the club money, or you put her negative for the night. She may have told them you changed your mind and she shouldn't be charged her tip out.

Case 2. She has already done a VIP session or multiple session and covered her tip out. She doesn't need to pay anymore, so whatever you give her is pure profit, even if it is only $25.

Case 3. Another guy took her to the VIP for only 1 dance so she is already negative and you come along and she needs you to pay her more to cover her tip out.

I can assure you these girls actions are typically reasonable, you just need all the variables.

Lastly if you go for one dance, why are you paying her $50. You should stick to $25. Or in this case you don't even have to pay that as she didn't complete the dance or make it to the half way point of the dance.

Anyway getting her to offer $200 is a good price for Flight Club, I stopped going to Flight Club as I got tired of all the negotiation to try and get a girls down to that price. You perhaps are better looking than me.
