Great!, you think so you toddle off to that store with the intention of getting something you are really craving. Get to the store, go in, see the salesperson and ask where the item is you want. They look at you and say, "gee, I'm sorry, but we don't have that. Guess you must have read our ad wrong. But they are 99% sure since you are already there you will take a substitution. And of course we usually do. Or they say, "wait, we do have that in stock, but it's $40 extra"! They know they're one of the few stores left in town so tough! It's a sellers market right now and they know it. I haven't been able to be very active lately. But when I do I'm going to ask them point blank, "I just read your ad on such and such". Do you offer everything in your ad or not"? If not, I tell them no thanks and move to the next one. If I can't find anyone. Too bad for me!
