This may be true as I think there are table showers (called body scrub) in some of the Korean women-only places. It also considerably narrows the field of providers who could legally give a TS.

On a few occasions, I have been asked by a provider to take her hand and put it "there." Of course this was followed by full HJ action to get ready for later. I think it was a way of trying to stay legal.

No legit place with massage license in Hawaii is allowed to have a provider shower with a customer, stand up or anything else.
