Just saying, your report sounds strange for a few reasons:
1. "Housekeeping" did everything but bust down the door after being told to fuck off.
2. You were able to see the entire contents of the cleaning cart through a 1-2 inch opening. Really? Normally the beds are far enough from the door so a person would have to get very close to the door crack to see anything, much less the entire cart.
3. Very often at these cheap hotels, derelicts/pimps hang out and get cozy with the maids, so it could have been someone pretending to work for the hotel.
