My electrician shared an email he received from the guy who drives the recycling truck in his neighborhood. They share massage experiences after accidentally running into each other at an AMP. Once over the embarrassment, they became good friends.

Anyway, he said, "Dropped by Tranquility Spa on Pine Ridge, just east of Collier the other day. Spur of the moment on the way home from work. "Told her if I came back I would ask for her and asked for her name. She had to think a minute before replying, 'Linda!' Then I got the bum's rush, practically pushed me out the door without so much as a hug or copping a feel to make sure I might return. Think I won't. ".

He went on to say the scorecard read like this:

TS: 9+.

Attitude: 8 initially, slipping to about a 2 after negotiation.

Cleanliness: 6 (re-used sheets).

TS Cleanliness: 10 (spotless!

Facility: 8 (fairly empty plaza, not a lot of gawkers filming him enter).

Overall satisfaction: 4 (due to negotiations and shorting of almost 15 minutes of the hour he paid for).

Thought the rest of you dirty mongers might benefit from his report and told my electrician to thank him again for sharing this. The recycling guy told my electrician he probably won't repeat. Thought she was a pro and that wasn't meant in a complementary way.

An "informed consent" discussion between therapist and client is all that is required. Some LMTs insist upon it for various reasons: setting boundaries is usually toward the top of the list, others *think* it is the law that draping must be used, perhaps having been taught that (incorrectly) in school, still others simply aren't comfortable with a nude client. Many clients aren't comfortable nude, either. YMMV and please respect the therapist's wishes. My experience has shown that occasionally, as the therapist becomes comfortable with you, you may end up nude in subsequent visits.

All that being said, I love just being nude! However, if Uncle LEO burst onto the scene, I wouldn't risk him actually *knowing* the draping laws. All too often in this country, "nude" is equated with "sex," regardless if anything is actually going on.

My experience is all up North a bit, in Tampa. Almost all of the upscale AMP providers are Korean. Outstanding BTW, but expect house rates of. 7 plus 1. 6 tip. If there is anything close to the quality and level of service down here I'm all in (as far as I can go LOL).
