She has a handler / accomplice she walks with to that spot. He's dark-skinned dude that's either hispanic or black and appears to be balding.
He comes and checks on her every once in a while bringing drinks from gas stations.
I think they / she live near in that white two story check cashing store about a mile away on davie road.
Not sure that dog hunts, she just might be a gypsy type.
