Has anyone been able to get an appointment with Hawaii Massage Academy and or the one on in Waikiki? Want to know if it's worth it since the price are so cheap. I know the one in CC is so hard to get an appointment. I have been there use to see and older or middle age Korean lady and she was good. Want to try some of the Japanese student or the white ones but idk know any names. Use to just walk in or call and bam score the appointment. TIA!

Back then had all kinds, Haole, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Afro American, Mexican, etc. If I found a good therapist, and we click, I would get phone number. Cause after Massage School, they may go independent, or work at a legit place. Mind you I had my lucks and bad lucks at massage school. Some gave me their number, some said this was just a hobby, telling me sorry only for family and friends. The ones I got number, no longer live on island relocated to mainland or Asia, eyc. It's was hit or miss but I suggest check it out, you never know, you might find a hottie. Hono1.

Back then, most of the ladies looked like angry lesbians. First time was crap. Went back because was cheap. Found one that actually gave me a good massage. Bonus was BBBJ. When I would go back to see her, other "ladies" even barged in. Lucky she wasn't sucking at the time. She gave me her number and I met up with her a few times. She never ended up in the massage business. Ditched the number when she got too clingy.

Strictly professional, covered was told to keep underwear on. Butt and groin restricted areas. Midday. More Lomi, nap time, with soft hands rubbing back. Gave positive feedback. Hoping for more if I see them again. Didn't try the full time MTs with possible extras. YMMV. Prefer the professional Thai shop for a good stretch. FME.

I took a look at a few of her reviews and along with your assessment of her skills, Amy seems to be a very good therapist and popular with men and women customers.
Unlike restaurants, stores and massage shops that accept all customers that walk through their doors, businesses like First Start Thai Massage can screen their customers. You make the assumption that due to the pandemic, her customer base went into hiding. In the early days of the pandemic, massage shops had to close their doors, creating a shortage of massage therapists.
A lot is written about the price of a massage. I do not know what kind of tip you gave Amy when she massaged you, however, if compared to her other customers it was less than average, perhaps she is prioritizing her better paying clientele over you.
People write: I gave her "X" amount of dollars and she did not say anything. Just because she did not say anything does not mean it was the proper amount. She was just being polite, not burning a bridge and perhaps on a slow day, may respond to your text and bring you in for a massage.
For me, if I like the therapist for her excellent massage, good location, convenient hours, well decorated space, nice atmosphere, soothing music, enjoyable conversation, good looks or whatever, I leave a good tip to show my appreciation and hopefully the next time I want to see her, she answers my text and makes room for me in her schedule.
Needed a lomi and wanted to try a new place. Made appointment with the Kapolei Massage Institute. Lomi was spot on and price is really good. The top LMT's are booked and there are students there working towards getting the LMT license. The rooms are first class, the environment is relaxing. I went there to get the knots taken out and the goal was met. Gave my MT a really good tip for her awesome attention to me needs, no HE. I will repeat to get a really good affordable lomi.

I should've said no but curiosity got the better of me. It was HE with OTC roaming only. In hindsight, I would've been much much happier sticking to 60 minutes of regular massage vs 30 min. Good massage + 30 min FBSM.

Checked out this place on Depot Road in Waipahu, kind of across the street from where that Acupuncturist was killed by one of his client's husband. It's ironic to see a sign in reading "#JustceforJohn" in front of his shop. Isn't that what that jealous husband got?
Anyways, World Massage looks to be a legit Chinese run shop. Was told to leave my underwear on and yet she made sure to keep me covered at all times. At the start she recommended for her to do back walking on me and I agreed. I don't care for back walking since I feel like it's a lazy way for them to get to the 1 hour done and this time was no exception. I will not repeat especially since there is no shower and there was nothing special about the massage.
Maybe someone else here will have or had a better experience?

Your description sounds like 7&7 Massage in Waialae. The 7&7's female masseuse is actually kind of hot, but totally 100% legit. I believe World used to be located right around the corner on Farrington. Went there once and there was a super hot local girl who did lots of teasing but was also legit. Might be a different owner now, but I'm pretty sure that one was also called World.

You can strip down to bareballs if you like. The LMT will not touch you any where that would give you the idea that you can have more than what they are advertising. No you will not get the okole lomi with your bvd off, GL.
That is a pretty good price but if they don't massage the butt then not for me. When one has back pain, leg, pain and so on the butt or glutes are very painful and I'm a lot of discomfort. I'm not sure how Lomi Lomi is different from other types of massage. Thai Massage is the same they stretch the butt area good but can't just hit the spot. Usually Swedish massage with hand strokes over the butt works best. Not liking for the HE just a good great massage for a reasonable price. Are these locals Asians Thais?

I would start every workweek with a Monday morning massage, that would keep me feeling loose and relaxed for the rest of the week. She is still part of the mix today, and yes, IYKYK. . .

Thank you for the report. This is the one on Seaside correct? Wonder if they would do elbows or massage my butt are with underwear on? That is my biggest problem spot and yet not one of these Asian MTS can help me. Nice stretch but if they did elbows, the right stretch and finger point they would get it. Think I will try soon. Thanks you H1— I never had luck getting anything but legit but your right cheap and had all kind therapist. Now mostly Japanese and get some Haoles. Fiona came from there I m pretty sure of that but not 100%. Will try again and thank you for the report. Had this Korean lady I use to see usually Friday nights. I don't know where she went. Remember that place on the 5th floor in CC? Man I use to see Susan and one other regular. Go to the top floor beautiful view and throw on some music. Love those days. Too bad not like that anymore. Nice music, nice scenery and a lovely MT always made my night. They use to close at 11 pm now junk 9 pm I think. Go after work then get a drink a two. Ramen can't beat them times.
