There is no trafficking going on in Central Florida. The man is a self-proclaimed pimp.
What should concern everyone and be most disconcerting is that the 75 year-old man had 47 felony arrests.
Why is he even on the streets? LE should be ashamed and embarrassed that their repeated failings in the supervision of a career criminal affected the lives of so many women.

What is wrong with this picture?! Yeah I am all for these bastards being arrested, but couldn't they have just locked him up after his third or fourth felony, and tossed away the key?
Sad thing is that if he got out of prison with 47, what is to stop him from getting out with 48? I hope old age does that trick, because our justice system will not.
Keep in mind it's the bleeding heart judges and elected officials against mandatory minimums that have more to do with this than the guys who reel them in. In certain locales, the guys on the beat are even mostly okay with the hobby, as long as it stays drug and drama free (I. E. That it doesn't stick out in the nice hotels and suburbs).

Not too long ago a bill was presented in Tallahassee that would make it a felony for any prostitution charge including the johns with a minimum 5 year sentence. Even the hardcore moralists thought it was too much and the bill died. There is way too much law enforcement in this nation in general. And way too many people serving very long prison sentences for non violent crimes. If people pushed the issue we could have counties here in the Sunshine State and put the pimps out of business over night. Same thing with the drug issue, but that is for another fourm.
