Yes I know most of them have habits. I want to know if they snort or shoot. Shooters are off my list as there is too many blood risks that come with it. Also I worry about quantities I see. I see an empty bag in a trash can. I'm not worried but when it's all bags, that's a serious rap charge to get caught up in if LEO comes busting down the motel door because someone at the hotel didn't like what was going on. I'll pay the fine if they catch me with my 2 x2 Trojans and tube o fun glide. Not going down to being a part of some substantial quantities of narcotics. To each there own. Just my creedo.

What scares me is if the drugs are in the room, and deemed to be "under my / your control" (Whatever the fuck that means) when LE busts in, then you / I might get charged with a form of possession: "constructive possession. "
It is highly technical and case specific, so do not think some HS grad cop is going to be up on all of the nuances of the law, they will just go ahead and charge everybody and let the lawyers figure it out. Which is a ***** because then you have a narcotics arrest on your record, have to hire an attorney to get out of it and prosecutors are loath to drop drug charges which are good felonies.
