I am not sure about your sources but women are not usually durgged in third world countires.Most of the drug addicts live in developed countries.drugs are too expensive and third world coutires citizens cant afford them.

After reading this I went looking on Craigslist for a NE Philly post I have seen over and over for the past few weeks, sure enough these 2 girls have posted up to 6 times a day on CL and the last was last yesterday at 7:04 PM, not a single post since. I can't be proof positive they are the same 2 in the arrest but it does seem to make sense.

These days, there has to be some spark of rapport for me to go through with a date. Today (Labor Day) on the K in late afternoon, I made the acquaintance of Jessica. Intriguing that I have never seen the SEPTA police go after that kind of activity before. A bit of internet research would seem to indicate that such is outside their jurisdiction. This represents at a minimum an unprofessional intrusion on Philadelphia PD turf. I am wondering if I got anywhere near a false arrest suit windfall payday! The Transit Police are, after all, essentially grossly underpaid Philadelphia PD wannabe's.

Knowing now that LE has nothing on this latest Jessica, I hope I will still have the opportunity to date her. She joins Michelle at the head of my "to-do" list.

I think everyone knows how I feel about the police, (if you don't search my previous posts), and to avoid any problems I'm not going to reiterate my views at the moment. However, the SEPTA PD while not members of the PPD are sworn officers none the less. Along with the other smaller police depts in the city (DrexelPD, UofPennPD, TemplePD) they can arrest you if a crime is taking place. However, you committed no crime, giving a lady a ride is still legal last time I checked so is randoming driving up and down the street. So yes this "cop" gave you a hard time and was wrong to do so, but a windfall lawsuit, if I had a dime for everytime I was harassed by the police I'd buy you all a lifetime supply of blowjobs. No matter how you feel about the police in general I think we can all agree that harassment is the name of the game on the K.

I have to agree with Badboy on this, the SEPTA police while not employed by the city are an extension of the City's policy force and can do pretty much the same street patrol activities that the PPD can.

On a rare day when no one has posted anything on this board, I thought I'd make an observation to the forum at large.

Take a minute and check out two recent postings in the New York forum. One was from the Bronx a few days ago where Wockster reports "she gets in the car and asks me for money up front, promises to be right back and quickly jumps out of the car. These two posts show how desperate mongers are up here in NYC. I'm from the NYC area and there USED TO BE several real strolls here but there have not been in something like 10 years. Pickings are slim, SWs are fuglies or worse. Scenes like the two I just quoted would never be necessary on the K.

You guys down here should realize how fortunate you are. I think the K is one of the most active strolls in the Northeast. When I want to go shopping, its worth the drive all the way down to the K. There is a lot of activity and this forum is full of reports and mostly helpful advice. Pictures, locations, real reviews, warnings of bad experiences. I have seen advice on this board against things like giving money up front or making U turns to draw attention to yourself. So when I see guys get on here and use it just to attack others, I shake my head in bewilderment.

I think your right in terms of we have it good here in Philly, for the moment. The NY SE scene I think is a victim of it's own success. I have seen so many documentary's on the scene a.k.a the HBO series, and so forth that I think it's has brought too much attention to itself and the public at large. Thus forcing the government who just looked the other way most of the time in the past to actually kill the scene.

These days it's seems like all the activity has moved to the internet with CL and BP postings by the hundreds per day.

However, one day if and when the city of Philadelphia rebounds from it's current economic problems and the city has the resources to deal with the issue again, or some developer wants to rehab part of the neighborhood we will most likely face the same fate as NY's SW scene did.

Case in point, there used to be a jumping scene in Center City around the south and broad area back in the late 80's and early 90's, rivaling what I have seen on TV about NY. Today however, non-existent from what I have seen. The area has been cleaned up and the business had to move on.

As time goes on I think you will see less and less SW activity and more internet based activity. No it won't all go away, but almost any girl worth seeing has a cell phone these days, internet access is getting easier to come by. If the girls can come out of their substance induced haze for long enough they might figure out how to use whats out there.

Anyways that's enough commentary for one day, this is too much typing.
