Sorry to sound stupid, but I haven't seen these abbreviations before regarding price and if they are what I think that seems amazing.
So I'm looking at SF massage and see people saying they spent 2.0 or 1.6: Does this mean 200 or 2000?
When I see tip 4.6 what does it mean?

I was in the awesome city of san francisco again for a few days. Of course I paid a visit to my favorite AMP NIKKI'S.

According to CL, this is a "brand new spa". That address has reviews on Yelp that make it sound like it used to be a hair studio. Has anyone been there recently? Any feedback, good or bad, would be much appreciated.
