Tax credits and low interest loans were offered, however, the building and owners declined. The rest is history.

Seeing Bro-Fleshlight's research, it's sad to hear that $4,500 for sprinkler installation wasn't palatable for the 586 owners. At that figure per owner, an extra $75 bucks a month in maintenance fees would've allowed the AOAO to build a reserve for installation in only five years & those folks would still be here today. We'll see what the investigation concludes but you can just imagine the coming insurance adjustments and lawsuits.
