I've only picked up a few SWs in the past. Haven't for over a year. Anyways, on my way to Wax today I decided just to see if there were any out. No one was but not surprising because of the rain. However, I want to report that you need to watch out for LE. I hadn't noticed them before across FIB from the gas station / hotel. That gives them a better vantage point for activities going on below. So just be careful!

We all know what goes on in these Asian Spa's but this is tragic.

Baptist church in Atlanta, on one side is Lindsay st, running parallel on the other side of the church is Joseph E. Lowery Blvd. All along Lowery blvd south of Hollowell pkwy is the bluffs, including the side streets off of Lowery. It's about a mile stretch of road that has a no name convenience store next to a small mechanics garage.

Nothing mythical about the bluffs, it's been a haven for prostitution and heroin for over 20 years, but unlike FIB there is almost no police presence so you are on your own.

I don't associate The Bluffs with Bluff Street, to be honest. I associate The Bluffs with English Avenue between Donald Lee Hollowell and Joseph E. Boone. Much of the areas we speak about in Vine City are in this particular area, also bordering Joseph E. Lowery.
