Almost everywhere in town. And not just homelessness, but people who are obviously distressed by the times--they may not be full on homeless, not yet, or they may be new to honelessness, they wander around kinda like they're lost, they're still relatively clean, they'll have a couple of bags with them but not full on carts yet. Lot of the girls I've seen will have shorter hair and no bra / underwear or cheap bikini stuff. If you're willing to start a convo, there's lots of opportunities to smile, ask them how they're doing, see if they'd like to use your shower and think of ways to earn a few bucks. Just remember guys, be careful and kind. They're in hard times. Get your needs filled, but be cautious, and be cool.

Got word from a provider that her and her date got jacked by three young guy driving a white Honda or Toyota they blocked them in took money and cell phone and took a picture of them is that f—-Ed or what be careful out there.

Two compacts blocked me in, front and back. Three kids got out of front vehicle and could see two more kids exit from back vehicle via rear view mirror. They was making thug-gangsta so nevah make delay and when blast forward almost nailing two of them. Called the cops and when try block them in until police arrived; brain started to work so got out to one lighted place to wait. Police blocked in the vehicles, made complaint / report and when leave. They when even tell the cops I tried to run them over when they just had car trouble and was asking for assistance.
This all when happen fast so you know was rehearsed (or from one movie). Be aware, they sneaky/get all the answers, get away fast and hard; call police to report and get them back harder later. These types of activities are potentially deadly when a-pukas think they rule.

Three police vehicles were there, and five police officers were standing around that Butterbean Junior character, who was sitting outside the car. He was not in handcuffs at that time, but it seemed like he may have been detained by the police. There was someone inside the car looking tired and bleary, but I'm not sure of that other person's identity because of an insufficient view. Although I don't know why the police were there or what ultimately happened, at least it indicates that the police are now aware of the presence of Butterbean Junior and that vehicle.
