I have been in a similar situation where one dancer would bad mouth another just because she was pulling more customers because of her lenient prices on "menu items" and the first time I took her advice and avoided her, then one day I went and she was the only one on stage and the club was pretty much dead, I went to VIP with her and I was blown away with her kindness and personality, it didn't suit that of a dancer but of a new GF and she was so nice and polite that I even tipped more than I usually tip, I was so attracted to her that I turned into a PL for 2 seconds but then I snapped out of it.
