Sounds to me like if it was such a mistake they would just let one of those cases win and have the grounds to revoke the law. Just my Opinion though.

In my honest opinion, alchohol poses a much larger risk in just about any case than marijuana. Liver failure vs. Smoke inhalantion. Kinda tips the scales a bit.
