I noticed that for the first time in a while the Covington Police seem to have made several prostitution arrests the past two days, four in total as far as I can see, one of them who also posts as a BP escort.

It looks like the men in blue in Senator Portman's army down south have been giving the ladies the full measure of sacrifice, since in addition to loitering for prostitution, we have prostitution charges, rather than soliciting. So the deed was done in some measures.

I wish the ladies would fully contest these charges so at least these cops would have to stand up in court and testify about what they've done.

How is it that two consenting adults can be charged with a crime? It makes no sense to me. None. What if I have known a gal for a long time, meet her in her home, bring her groceries and presents and pay her for her time? How in the world can this be construed as a crime? This is what many relationships are based on today. Yet LEO will categorize it as a crime. The US needs to get religion out of the bedroom. It is an antiquated way of thinking.

Today, I got to listen to a clerk somewhere that I have to go to for work tirade on for a good fifteen minutes about how she didn't like that Pure Romance had a "Pop Up" store downtown, and that she really didn't want to hear about the "50 Shades" movie come out.
