My advice is to drive a minimum of 10 blocks or 1 mile from where you pick up a SW. Drive on empty streets since it is much harder for LE to follow you. I like dead end streets. Since it is easier to see if the cops are following you. Try and find a area where you can enter from only one direction. These areas tend to have less traffic and there is less chance of a cop passing by. It is no guarantee, but it reduces your chances of getting caught. I try and reduce the risks as much as possible.

As far as the west side. Always go north of broad, or south of mound. Anywhere near Sullivant is dangerous. Lots of cops, lots of criminals. I have my undisclosed locations.
